Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Returns on custom, clearance, or final sale items are not accepted.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions.
Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) and send them to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Refunds & Processing Time
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
If your return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation of the refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
